WorkSafe compliance that runs itself on site

Builders carry the compliance risk for everyone who walks onto site. I build the system that checks contractors in, reads their white card, chases their SWMS before the job starts and warns you 30 days before anything lapses, so the record is there when WorkSafe asks.
The problem

Whatusuallybreaksfirst

  • White cards and inductions photographed, emailed and lost
  • Certification expiries tracked in a spreadsheet that is always behind
  • SWMS chased by text message before every job
  • No single record of who was on site and when
What I build

WhatIbuildforconstruction

QR site check-in

Contractors scan a code at the gate, confirm their induction and are recorded on site with a time stamp.

White card verification

Cards are uploaded from a phone, read and checked, and stored against the contractor with an expiry.

SWMS and contractor portal

When a contractor is assigned a job they get a secure link to submit their SWMS. Nothing starts without it.

Expiry alerts

Inductions, cards, licences and insurances monitored with alerts 30 days before they lapse.

A 30 minute call. You describe the spreadsheets, the apps and the paperwork; I tell you what I would build and roughly what it would cost.
