How it works
- Install the Gmail or Outlook add-in. Supplier invoices are picked up from your inbox as they arrive.
- Each invoice is read line by line. Supplier, product, quantity, unit price and GST are extracted and matched to your records.
- Your unit prices are compared, anonymously, against other venues in your region buying the same product.
- You get a weekly view of price movements, overcharges and the suppliers worth a phone call.
What stays private
Benchmarks are anonymous and aggregated. No venue can see another venue's invoices or suppliers. Your invoices stay in your account.
