Coastal Programs is one person: me. I spent ten years as a boilermaker and a maintenance supervisor at an iron-ore port before I wrote software. So I fix the broken process first, then build a system around how your crew actually works.

If a platform already exists for your industry, your branded system is usually running within weeks. A system built from scratch has a working first version in your hands within the first few months, then improves monthly from there.

Your data, your branding, your accounts and your integrations are yours, and your data can be exported in open formats at any time. The platform the system runs on stays with Coastal Programs, which is what lets me keep it hosted, secure and improving on one monthly figure instead of a six-figure build.

Your data is exportable at any time in open formats, and the service agreement includes a wind-down period during which the system keeps running while you move. The system is documented so another developer can take it over.
