Sageo
Technical SEO and search visibility audits you can run yourself
Demo coming soon
Key Takeaways
Sageo is a search visibility audit tool for agencies and businesses that want to see what is wrong with a site and what to fix first. It runs as a dashboard or a command-line tool, and agencies can white-label it. It is in beta now.
Sageo started as the tool I use to audit my own clients' sites. It crawls every page, checks the things that actually move rankings (titles, descriptions, duplicates, structured data, response times, missing images) and then checks how the site shows up in search results and in answer engines. The results land in a dashboard that an agency can put its own name on, or in the terminal if that is where you work.
Features
- Site crawl and technical audit with a plain-English score
- Search ranking and keyword data for Australian results
- Answer-engine visibility checks alongside classic rankings
- Multi-tenant, white-label dashboard for agencies
- Command-line engine with JSON output for scripting
- Scheduled re-audits so regressions are caught early
Why it exists
Most SEO tools are built for people who already know SEO. I wanted one that told a business owner, or an agency account manager, what was broken and what to do about it, and that I could run from the terminal while fixing a site.
What it checks
- Titles and descriptions that are too long, too short, missing or duplicated
- Broken links, redirect chains and slow responses
- Missing or broken Open Graph images and structured data
- Where the site ranks for its target keywords in Australian results
- Whether the site shows up in answer engines and generated search overviews
How agencies use it
Sageo's dashboard is multi-tenant. An agency can audit every client site from one login, put its own branding on the reports and schedule re-audits so regressions get caught before the client notices.
Status
Sageo is in beta. The engine and dashboard are live and in use on client sites. If you run an agency or manage a site that needs a proper audit, get in touch.
